The Seed

Remi came to Archer with a familiar challenge in an unfamiliar key. The Lithuanian coaching market was saturated, everyone claiming transformation, everyone promising results. He needed to stand apart, and more importantly, he needed a name and an identity that reflected who he actually serves and how. Remi works with people who have already succeeded, C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, leaders who have accomplished what they set out to achieve, and now find themselves quietly asking: is this all there is? His work begins where most coaching ends, holding space for those who have everything the world says they should want, and opening the door to ask whether there is room to grow into something deeper, more meaningful, more fulfilled.

The Voice

We found the name together. Remi’s friends already called him Remi, and he wanted “Re” woven into the identity. So we landed on Remaster, under the concept of a classic album. The original recording was great in its time, powerful, accomplished, celebrated. And now it’s ready for fine-tuning, a fresh listen, a deeper cut, taken to the next level with all the wisdom of what came before. The voice carries that same quality: respectful of what’s been built, curious about what wants to emerge. The brand doesn’t suggest that something is broken. It suggests that something is ready.

The Expression

The design carries quiet confidence and maturity. The identity speaks to people who don’t need to be impressed, they need to be understood. Clean, refined, without being casual. Every touchpoint says: this is a space for people who have done the work and are ready for the next chapter.

The Bloom

Remaster gave Remi exactly what he needed: a name that people remember, a concept that resonates immediately, and a brand that stands apart in a crowded market by speaking to a very specific kind of person. The executive who has climbed the mountain and now wonders what the view from the next peak might look like. Remi’s programmes fill because the people who find him recognise themselves in the brand instantly. The album was already great. Now it’s extraordinary.
