The Seed

Ozonetel had already built something remarkable: India’s number one cloud contact centre software, trusted by thousands of businesses. But the brand that had conquered the Indian market was struggling to cross borders. The identity that resonated in Asia didn’t translate to the global stage, and in a saturated marketplace of customer experience platforms, they needed to stand apart. They came to us through Renaissance Group with a clear challenge: help us become unmistakably global, without losing the technical excellence that made us who we are.

The Voice

The voice we built speaks with empathy and engineering in equal measure. Ozonetel’s promise is relief, the feeling of knowing that your customer experience is handled, that your teams can breathe, that when volumes spike or integrations fight, there is a human who owns the outcome. The brand doesn’t overcomplicate. It says: we’ll get you live quickly, we’ll solve problems like it’s our job, because it is. The communication is confident without being cold, technical without being intimidating, the voice of a partner who genuinely cares whether your customers feel cared for.

The Expression

A bright fluorescent green O became the signature, simple, unmissable, representing the all-encompassing, all-in-one nature of the platform and the ease it promises. United Nations blue as the secondary colour grounds the identity in trust and technological credibility. The design is clean, modern, spacious, every pixel serving the same message: this is help you can count on, and it looks as good as it works.

The Bloom

The rebrand worked. Ozonetel went global. Today, the platform serves over 3,500 brands across banking, insurance, e-commerce, fintech, real estate, healthcare, and education, with operations spanning the US, India, and beyond. They’ve won 27 industry awards for customer experience transformation. The bright green O that we designed became the face of a company that now orchestrates millions of intelligent customer conversations worldwide. When the identity finally matched the capability, the world noticed.
