Living Majesty for arid futures.

The Seed

Alina AdomaitytÄ— carried a vision that most people would call impossible: to bring agriculture to the desert. When she came to us, she was at a turning point. She had held one of the highest positions in Lithuanian business, leading as CEO at one of the country’s top companies. But something in her wanted to build, not manage. She had the contacts in Dubai, the track record, and the restless conviction that smart agriculture could transform arid landscapes into living systems. We encouraged her to go for it. And she did. Zeme, which means earth in Lithuanian, was born from that leap, the belief that where others see sand, she could see green.

The Voice

Zeme speaks with majestic trust. The voice carries the weight of serious engineering and the warmth of genuine purpose. It addresses investors, governments, and partners across the EU and UAE with the steady clarity of someone who has studied the problem deeply and built the solution step by step, from expertise to business case to factory operation to trading. The brand promise is not just efficiency. It’s life where life seemed impossible, agriculture as infrastructure for the future, approached with precision and care.

The Expression

Modern green with measured gold on slate and ivory. A refined serif meets a precise sans-serif. Lines echo pivot circles, drip networks, dunes. Images move from hands and seedlings to aerial systems, from the intimacy of planting to the scale of what grows. The design reads as elegant engineering, supportive, exact, assured. You look at it and you feel the same thing Alina’s partners feel when they sit across the table from her: this person will make it happen.

The Bloom

Zeme proved that vision and commitment can coax life from sand. Alina brought multimillion investments to her SmartAgro concept in the desert and expanded into African countries, always working with trailblazers, always pushing the boundary of what technology can do for the land. And true to who she is, the company’s heart extends beyond profit. Zeme’s CSR is AIBA, the basketball academy she founded to give talented girls the same care and opportunity she once had to fight for on her own. The earth, it turns out, is generous when someone tends it with that kind of love.
